The cuisine is French, and I say so plainly, because a guest who is in the mood for French cooking should know exactly what to expect before choosing a table. I will not describe dishes or prices here, as I would rather say less than say something that is not right.
La Sapiniere has a terrace on the Oosthoekplein. For those staying in one of our holiday homes, sitting outside is a pleasant way to enjoy a French meal in Knokke-Le Zoute, with the square right in front of you. I like to point guests to it when they ask for French cuisine in Knokke, since the address is easy to find.
