Allow me to introduce Mountainfire Steakhouse St Moritz, a restaurant I am glad to recommend to our guests. As the name tells you, it is a steakhouse, and it stands in the centre of St Moritz, right in the heart of the town.
What I would mention first is the view. The restaurant looks out over the lake, and it has a terrace, so you can sit outside with the water in front of you. I find that a table with a view of the lake gives a meal a special character, and in St Moritz that is easy to appreciate. Take a moment on the terrace and look out over the water; it is the part of the visit I would not skip.
I shall keep to what I know and will not describe the menu here. A steakhouse is best judged at the table, and I would rather you formed your own opinion. If you are staying in one of our holiday homes and would like a steak with a view of the lake in the centre of St Moritz, Mountainfire is the address I would suggest.
